Pen friends in Msindo for the 3rd classes
The 3rd classes write letters to pupils in Tanzania. - Autor Sinja Forcher
We, the classes 3A and 3B from the Middle School in Partschins, are exchanging letters with students from “St. Nicholas School” in Msindo, a small village in the south-west of Tanzania.
Our English teacher Ms.Tappeiner was at this school and she told us something about the life there and showed us a lot of photographs. We could see, that the life of the children there is very different from ours and that we have a lot of things that they don’t have. So we decided to collect clothes and sports equipment that we don’t need any more and send them to our penfriends in Msindo.
We will also donate a part of the money that we got at the “Elternsprechtag” for the bake sale.
We hope it will make them happy! :o)
In diesem Schuljahr haben die Klassen 3A und 3B der Mittelschule Partschins neue Brieffreunde gefunden. Unsere Brieffreunde kommen aus Tansania und haben uns am Anfang des Schuljahres einen sehr tollen Brief geschrieben. Wir haben gemerkt, in welch armen Verhältnissen diese Kinder zum Teil leben.
Viele von uns wollten ihnen eine Freude machen, indem wir z.B. Fußballschuhe und -trikots, Kleidung und Buntstifte gesammelt und nach Tansania verschickt haben.
Am 27.11.23 beim Elternsprechtag haben wir, die Klasse 3A, Kuchen und Kaffee verkauft und dabei freiwillige Spenden gesammelt. Einen Teil des Erlöses werden wir unseren Freunden in Tansania spenden.
